Our client is a trusted leader in the world of international trading, specializing in the seamless import, delivery, and sale of high-quality goods across key industries. Their expertise spans automotive parts, textiles, and construction materials.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive MENA - Automotive for their growing team in Dubai. This position is hybrid.

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base, particularly in the spare parts sector.
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients in the spare parts industry.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and delivery.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new opportunities, especially within the spare parts industry.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles, preferably within the spare parts sector and UAE market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai market and spare parts industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
