Sales Manager

This position is based in our new state of the art Head Office in Maynooth - an open plan office, with wonderful collaborative working areas, subsidised canteen, EV charging points, and is easily accessible by car or public transport.

As a Sales Manager at Glenveagh, you will be responsible for delivering upon the sales strategy in line with the company’s objectives.

Key responsibilities and duties

  • Select and project manage all aspects of the presales phase of a development, to include the selection of show units, units for release, floor plans, site maps and internal specifications
  • Liaise with Construction teams and Architects to finalize floor plans and site map, flooring and joinery specifications
  • Work with our Marketing Team, to develop marketing strategy and provide input into the overall Sales and Marketing Team Strategy
  • Project manage Interior Designers to create a mood board and complete show houses
  • Coordinate and oversee the activities surrounding the launch of a development
  • Review final snags at completion stage
  • Monitor and observe the market and make sales forecasts
  • Track sales data, maintain promotional materials inventory, plan meetings, maintain databases, and prepare reports
  • Identify new trends in the market in order to offer the business a competitive advantage

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a Sales Manager position within the new build property sector
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office
  • Success focused, ambitious and target driven
