Summary
For the "Airborne Optronics" division, we are looking for a "Project Manager (Dispatch Manager) (f/m/d)" at the Taufkirchen site as soon as possible.The business unit organises the worldwide deliveries of missile warning systems and other self-protection systems.
Your Tasks
Management of all product deliveries (national, EU and worldwide).
Summarising all orders received from the project managers
Monitoring production capacities
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (export control, customs, taxes)
Coordinating and managing logistics service providers and freight forwarders
Coordinating internal departments involved in deliveries
Developing solutions for special deliveries and implementing them together with the programme team
Supporting a multifunctional team from the areas of programme management, finance & control, quality management and production
Your Profile
Completed commercial training
Several years of commercial work experience
Several years of experience in programme and project management
Experience in using standard software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with SAP advantageous
Willingness to learn new things
Business fluent German and good English skills
